Reindeer parade
Thursday saw the return of Lincoln’s Reindeer parade. The antlered friends from the Cairngorm Mountains spent the beginning of their visit in the square at St. Marks shopping outlet.
At 6 o’clock the deer set off from their pen, pulling santa on his sleigh through to the high street
Though it wouldn’t be a trip to Lincoln without getting stopped at the level crossing. Santa and his helpers waited patiently for the freight train to pass before continuing up the high street around the newly refurbished Cornhill area and onto their final destination at Lincoln City Square where they and Santa entertained visitors until 8pm.
Hopefully the reindeer enjoyed their visit to the city from their usual sights of the Scottish hills.
